Design Policy

By placing an order, you as the customer confirm that you possess all the necessary rights pertaining to the text and image materials you have uploaded, encompassing their use, publication, and transmission.

You, as the Customer, bear full responsibility for ensuring that the product does not violate intellectual property rights and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

Furthermore, the Customer agrees, without any limitations, not to hold Custom Stickers accountable for any claims made by third parties against Custom Stickers, particularly regarding the infringement of third-party rights, such as copyright, resulting from the use of data provided by the customer. This means that the customer will take all necessary steps to exempt Custom Stickers from such demands.

In addition, the Customer commits to indemnify and protect us, including our directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, from all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or connected to the violation of third-party rights, particularly copyright, stemming from the use of data supplied by the customer, including text and image materials.

We as the printing enterprise, will not use, replicate, or reproduce, designs or material uploaded by a customer unless given explicit authorization or ownership rights.
