What's so great about vinyl?

We use premium vinyl with a laminate coating. Our stickers are durable for 5+ years, even outdoors.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We currently have no minimum order quantities on custom stickers. You can buy a single sticker if you like.

Can I get a custom quote?

Yes, if you need a size or quantity that is not listed on our website, please feel free to contact us for customized quote.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, all of our custom stickers are waterproof. They hold up in the rain, snow, and sun. They are also dishwasher safe.

Can you print QR Codes?

Yes! We print all types of designs with QR codes. Please note that the smallest readable QR code we can print is 0.5". Although this size is readable by some phones, it may work for all phones.

What does the size selection mean in terms of my design?

Selecting a size for your custom stickers means you are selecting the dimension of the longest or widest part of your sticker. For example, if your design was 1x2" and you wanted a 4 inch sticker, we would scale your sticker so it would print as 2x4".

How many designs can I order?

For every custom sticker product, the first two designs are free. Every design after that will be $2 per design.

For example, if you order 50x stickers and want 5 designs split into 10x stickers each, we would charge you an additional $6.

Can you create a design for me?

Yes! Our graphic designers are more than happy to create a custom design for you. Please note that for we may charge up to $25 an hour depending on the complexity of the design.

Sticker Types

What are die cut stickers?

Die cut stickers are cut to the shape of your design or logo. They are our most popular style of sticker. The die cuts give them a premium look even before they have been peeled or applied to a surface.

What are kiss cut stickers?

Kiss cut stickers are stickers that have not been cut through the backing paper. The backing paper acts as a frame for the sticker and lets you add additional information about your brand, event, or artist.

What are transfer stickers?

Transfer stickers are stickers with multiple pieces that are arranged on transfer tape so you can apply them to a window or other surface. For example, letters and text.

What are clear stickers?

See our Clear vinyl stickers. We typically add a white layer of ink under the colored portions of your design to make them more opaque. Clear stickers don't have the same color vibrancy as standard vinyl stickers, due to the transparent nature of ink.

Can you make holographic stickers?

Yes, we print holographic stickers. Holo stickers are a great way to make your design pop. They create an irridescent effect in the light. We recommend using art with high contrast for best results.

What finish options do you have?

We offer both matte and glossy finish options. Matte is a bit more popular and is our default for free stickers and our sticker library.

Artwork

How do I show my cutline on my artwork?

We will automatically add a cut line to your design. You can review the cutline through our proof process, and request changes as necessary. If you'd like to specify your own cut line, you can do so in Illustrator by adding a vector path.

What file formats do you accept?

Our team can work with virtually any file format. We will reach out if there are any issues with your file.

Can you enhance the resolution of my design?

Yes, our team will automatically enhance the quality of low resolution art and designs. If there are any issues, we will reach out. For best results, we recommend submitting your design in 300ppi.

Can I request revisions to my proof?

Yes, we offer free design proofs with unlimited revisions so you know your stickers will turn out exactly how you want them.

Note that once you have approved your proof we immediately start printing your stickers so we can't make further changes.

To make sure we get orders printed quickly, we automatically print any designs that haven't been approved after two business days. Please check your spam folder if you don't see your proofs show up.

How do I setup my design file for full bleed?

You can leave a note at checkout if you want your stickers to be printed full bleed.

To cut full bleed stickers, we bring the cut line inside the artwork by about 0.03in, so make sure you don't leave any critical elements of your design on the very edge of your artwork.

Can I print multiple designs for one order?

Because each design requires it's own setup time, we typically offer just one design per individual order. However, if you have multiple designs, we can offer custom quotes with our best pricing plus a small setup and design fee.

Ordering

How do I decide what size to buy?

It depends on your use. Our most popular size is 3 inches, which is great for water bottles, laptops, and handing out at events. 4 inches is our next most popular size, if you want to have a more impactful sticker.

We can print from 0.75"x0.75" up to 50"+ so if you need a custom size, feel free to reach out.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started printing your order we can cancel it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that we have already processed and printed.

Can I get a custom quote?

Yes, if you need a size, or quantity that is not listed on our site, just reach out and our team will get you a custom quote.

Does the order price cover full color printing?

Yes, all of our stickers are printed in full color. We have no restrictions or limitations on the number of colors used.

How do I order if my company/organization is tax exempt?

If your organization is exempt from tax, please create an account on our website and make sure your information is correct. Then email us at support@customstickers.com with your tax exemption form and account information. After we have your form and account, we will add tax exemption to your profile and you can order without tax.

Proofs

How long does it take to receive a proof?

We have a standard processing time of 1-2 business days for our team to process your order, design your stickers and send out your proof. Processing time can sometimes be delayed due to high volume. Be sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes proof emails get filtered there.

I'm not seeing my proof, what should I do?

If you haven't received your proof 3-4 business days after placing your order, check your spam folder as proof emails are often filtered through junk folders. If you still don't see it, reach out to faststickersus@gmail.com and we can resend your proof for you.

Do proofs get auto-accepted?

Yes, after 3 days your proof will be automatically accepted.

How many revisions can I request?

Our designers are ready to help you with your design until it is print ready, so we offer free unlimited revisions.

How will requesting a proof affect processing time?

If you request a proof with your order, our typical processing time of 1-2 business days may increase by a day or two to accommodate our design and proofing process.

However, the processing time depends on the workload of our design team and may be shorter.

Returns, Refunds & Shipping

We have low error rates. However, if there is any issue with your stickers please contact us with a photograph and description of the problem and we will work with you to resolve it.

Do you offer refunds and replacements?

Because all of our stickers are 100% custom, we cannot accept returns or refunds except in the case of quality issues.

For example, we will refund or replace any order that we printed in the wrong size, or that doesn't match the proof.

If the quantity is incorrect, we will replace the missing stickers.

We may request that you return a defective order so that we can evaluate it and improve our processes.

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

Check Your Tracking Information:

Start by reviewing the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. This may offer insights into your package's whereabouts.

Look Around:

Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places. Check with neighbors or any secure areas around your home.

Contact Your Local Carrier:

If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to your local carrier for further assistance.

How do business days work?

When we refer to "business days," we mean the days of the week that are typically considered for business operations, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This usually occurs within 2-4 business days, but differs by shipping type.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is calculated in business days as well.

For example, if your order ships on a Wednesday, and the delivery estimate is 3 business days, you can expect it to arrive by the following Monday (assuming there are no holidays).

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

If you have approved a proof for your stickers, we will replace any stickers that don't match what you approved.

What if I receive the incorrect quantity of stickers?

If we send you fewer stickers than you ordered, please reach out and we will send you the missing quantity. We generally try to include extra stickers in every order.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
