Shipping time

Our stickers ship from Utah, meaning proximity can affect transit time. Estimates listed above for economy, standard and priority are tentative and can be longer or shorter based on shipping address. Hawaii and Alaska tend to have extended shipping times. Large quantity orders have a longer processing and production time, meaning the estimates above often don't apply.

Next Day Delivery vs Overnight shipping

What's the difference between Overnight and Next Day Delivery? Next day delivery is our fastest option for both shipping and processing time. We will design, print, and ship your stickers within one business day. As long as you place your order before 12:00pm MDT, you will receive your stickers next business day via UPS Next Day Air. Please Note, To ensure we have time to fulfill your order, we will not send proofs. Next Day Delivery applicable to orders up to 1,000x stickers and does NOT apply to sticker sheets.

Overnight shipping includes our standard processing time meaning there is no guarantee you will get your stickers the business day after placing your order. We will design and print your stickers in 1-2 business days, then ship them via UPS Next Day Air. 

Next Day Delivery and Overnight shipping does not apply to international orders or orders placed on non business days. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed on Friday with an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

International orders & Customs

As a company, we strive to provide you with seamless and efficient service, including shipment to various destinations worldwide. However, it's essential to clarify that any customs fees or duties incurred during the importation process are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customs regulations and associated fees are determined by the importing country's policies and are beyond our control once we ship your package. These fees may include customs duties, taxes, or other charges levied by the customs authorities.

We understand that customs fees can be an unexpected aspect of purchasing items from abroad. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs regulations and potential fees before placing an order with us. I think my package is lost, what should I do?

Check Your Tracking Information:

Start by reviewing the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. This may offer insights into your package's whereabouts.

Look Around:

Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places. Check with neighbors or any secure areas around your home.

Contact Your Local Carrier:

If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you can’t find it, please reach out to your local carrier for further assistance.

How do business days work?

When we refer to "business days," we mean the days of the week that are typically considered for business operations, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This usually occurs within 2-4 business days, but differs by shipping type.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is calculated in business days as well.

For example, if your order ships on a Wednesday, and the delivery estimate is 3 business days, you can expect it to arrive by the following Monday (assuming there are no holidays).

How do I upgrade the shipping on my order?

To upgrade the shipping on your order, please reach out to our customer service team at support@customstickers.com with your order number.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started printing your order we can cancel it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that we have already processed and printed.

Do you offer refunds and replacements?

Because all of our stickers are 100% custom, we cannot accept returns or refunds except in the case of quality issues.

For example, we will refund or replace any order that we printed in the wrong size, or that doesn't match the proof.

If the quantity is incorrect, we will replace the missing stickers.

We may request that you return a defective order so that we can evaluate it and improve our processes.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
