Q: Why are Vinyl Stickers better than other types of stickers?

A: Simply put, vinyl is the most premium and highest quality material that can be used for stickers. Vinyl is waterproof and lasts for years outdoors.  They are also a lot more tear proof than any other sticker material. There are other sticker types made from BOPP (Polypropelene) materials that many companies use. This is a much lower-quality material typically suited for indoor use only. Some companies even print white paper stickers which usually only last days.

Q: How do businesses use stickers?

A: Other than using window clings to decorate the outside of their buisness, many of our customers use stickers for product labels. You can order these as our regular Die-cut stickers or as our roll stickers. Use these labels for food items, clothing items, and more. We can make custom logo stickers that can be cut into the shape of your logo giving your stickers a professional look. Q: Do you offer different types of sticker vinyl?

A: Yes, we do! In addition to our standard white vinyl sticker material, we make holographic and transparent stickers. Choose the sticker type that is right for your business. We also offer both a mirror gloss finish and a matte finish. Many businesses also order our roll stickers. Roll stickers are very handy for applying to product packaging quickly and easily.

Q: What type of file do I need to submit for my design?

A: Our design team can work with virtually any file type. We recommend a high-resolution image such as a PNG or JPG or a Vector file such as an SVG, AI, or EPS for best results. If you need help enhancing the resolution of your file, our team can help.

Q: I need a specific sticker size that isn't listed. Is this possible?

A: Yes, of course! You can purchase the closest size and leave a note at checkout, or contact us, and we can give you a quote.

Q: Are window clings removable or permanent?

A: Our stickers have a permanent adhesive. They will stay strong for years on most surfaces without issue. However, they can easily be removed without leaving a sticky residue.

FILE SETUP

Our team will do all the work to set up your file. However, if you are an advanced user and already have Adobe Illustrator, you are welcome to create the cutlines that we will use.

To do this:

1. Create a layer with your design called "Artwork."

2. Create a second layer and call it "Cut Line." You can then use paths to create the cutline exactly how you would like it. If you want it to follow your design, you can vectorize and then offset the design and convert that path to a stroke.

SAFETY MARGIN

For designs with a border, you should maintain a margin of at least 0.05" between the cutline and the design.

We can also print and cut your stickers with a full bleed. This means the design will go to the edge of the stickers. To accomplish this, we bring the cut line inside your art by approximately 0.03."

If you are setting up your own design with full bleed, please bring the cut line in by at least 0.03".

MINIMUM CUT SIZE

For die-cut business stickers, we can go as small as 0.75x0.75". If you need something smaller, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. For kiss-cut stickers, we can do 0.5x0.5". We can do special shapes.

We always make sure our stickers have rounded corners to give them a professionally finished look.

COLOR

Artwork can be supplied in CMYK or RGB; however, we typically recommend RGB. It has a broader color gamut. Our printers use ten ink colors so that we can hit over 98% of Pantone colors. RGB gives a more accurate print for our setup.

IMAGE RESOLUTION

We recommend that you submit your images in 300ppi at full size. If your image is low resolution, our team will automatically enhance it. 

File Format

You can submit any file format you like. If you set the file up yourself, you can save it and upload it as a PDF.
