I am SO in love with my stickers! They turned out exactly how I envisioned — vibrant, high-quality, and super cute. The colors pop, the design is clean, and they were packaged nicely. I placed an order for some stickers for my business, Fair Wind Fasteners, which is a leading supplier of marine grade fasteners such as nuts, bolts and screws. Like CustomStickers we have an e-commerce business model so are well aware of the effort it takes to provide good service.
Sometimes the shipping carriers (especially USPS) make it hard for us to provide the kind of speedy service that we would like to, and in this case that's what happened to CustomStickers with our order. USPS had marked the package as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found despite checking with neighbors and speaking with my postman. This is of course not the fault of CustomStickers, and from their perspective tracking showed the package as delivered so they thought the job was done.
When I contacted them about the msising package I was able to reach Amie at customer service who didn't hesitate to help me out. She had the factory turn out another run of stickers immediately, and had them shipped out to me very quickly to try and solve the issue. I very much appreciated her attention and the fact that they decided to just eat the cost of that first shipment and send us a new one. We do the same for our customers, so it was nice to be treated with the same level of customer service that we try to provide at Fair Wind Fasteners.

As an e-commerce business ourselves we understand that no matter how hard you try to get orders out of the door and delivered quickly sometimes a third party (in this case USPS) makes that impossible to do through no fault of your own. What matters then is the level of professionalism and communication that happen afterwards and you nailed it there.

I created stickers from photos I took during a recent family trip and as usual, Customstickers did an excellent job with them. Every sticker had a raised border, so they don't fit completely flat. My concern is that they will eventually peel or rip after a period of normal use. I get that the raised edge is a melt from the laser cutting cut I have gotten other stickers from other companies, and this was not an issue. I contacted customer service but was not offered a fix, they just wanted to be updated if they came off. I think the quality could be improved as they should be flush and have no edges. Doubt I'll place another order. There are too many other options out there.

These stickers turned out exactly as we hoped. They are great quality, especially for the price. Customer service was awesome as well. I had to call a few times to clarify parts of my order and they were so helpful. Setting up my account as a tax-exempt entity was easy. The stickers arrived super quick and have been very popular. Would definitely recommend.
They were just kind of so so. The color seems kind of faded and the text seems a little blurry. But the vinyl is thick and the contour cuts are good. They also arrived quickly. The text though.
I didn't know what to expect when i first put in an order, but the samples I received were larger than expected. The stickers were large enough to fit into the palm of my hand, roughly 4 to 4.5 inches at the largest portion and they had a nice matte finish that would fit very nicely on a water bottle or on a PC case. If all the stickers from this sample set had the same quality in future orders and remained uniform I'd be a very happy customer.
Oh I was very excited to receive the stickers. . . .oh. . .they are just stickers , but not to me. . . .brought back some good memories . The stickers were perfect, bright colors and stuck very well to my old Atlanta shirt. Thank you for sending them so quickly.

I ordered a small batch just to check quality and was very pleased so I ordered a 2nd order. We are a small organization so not sure when I would need more but when that time comes I will definitely order again
