When you receive the design proof, it allows you to check it and ensure it all looks good before it's sent through the printing process. The design proof shows you precisely what will be printed, and how it will be cut. You'll want to make sure you check the size, quantity, and cut line to make sure it aligns with your vision. If you're not happy with it, you can request unlimited revisions.
When will you send me my design proof?
We give our customers free online proofs, which you will typically receive within one business day. We strive for a fast turnaround so we won't keep you waiting long to receive design proofs.
Once our graphic designers have set your file up so it's ready for printing we will send you a digital proof directly to your email, so you can easily access it from your phone or computer. Approving or requesting revisions only take a couple clicks.
If you don't see your proof in your inbox, make sure you check your spam and 'promotions' folders.

How should I check my proof?
When you get the proof for your custom stickers, you'll want to carefully review your design. There are a few details that you should check to make sure your sticker is the way you want it.
- Check the layout to see if everything is where it should be
- Spell check your sticker to catch spelling errors or typos (tip: have someone else look at it too)
- Make sure the cut lines are in the right place
- Confirm that the colors accurate
- Double check that the size correct
One thing to keep in mind regarding color is that the colors you see on your screen won't be exactly the same as what will be printed on your custom stickers.
This is because while your stickers will be printed using ink, your screen uses a spectrum of light to create color. On top of that, each screen can have different levels of brightness and color contrast. However, most of the time, you will still get very similar results.

Requesting changes to your design proof
When you receive your design proof, you have the chance to request changes. We offer free revisions to get your stickers perfect before they're ready to print. We want you to be pleased with your design so that you get the final product that you want. This is why we always offer this important step for free, as many times as you need.
Once you approve your design proof, we aim to print and ship your stickers within two business days to get them to you quickly.
