By default, we add a small border, but leave a note at checkout if you want full-bleed. Note that the size references the longest side of the sticker.

Q: WHY ARE VINYL STICKERS THE BEST?

A: Vinyl is the highest quality sticker material. It is waterproof and lasts for years outdoors. Many sticker companies use BOPP (Polypropelene), a lower-quality material suited for indoor use. It will generally degrade after a couple of months.

Q: WHAT ARE DIE-CUT STICKERS?

A: Die-cut stickers are cut to the exact shape of your design, making it pop. With a great appearance even before use, these stickers are very versatile. We can cut all types of custom sizes and shapes.

Q: WHAT ARE KISS-CUT STICKERS?

A: Kiss-cut stickers aren't cut through the backing paper. They are typically printed onto sheets with multiple designs on one page. Our sticker sheets also use premium white vinyl.

Q: DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT TYPES OF STICKER VINYL?

A: Yes! We also make holographic and transparent stickers.

Q: WHAT FILE TYPE SHOULD I SUBMIT FOR MY DESIGN?

A: Our design team can work with virtually any file type. We recommend a high-resolution image such as a PNG or JPG or a Vector file such as an SVG, AI, or EPS for best results. If you need help enhancing the resolution of your file, our team can help.

Q: CAN I ORDER JUST ONE STICKER?

A: Yes, we have no minimum order quantities!

Q: CAN I ORDER AN UNLISTED SIZE?

A: Of course! Purchase the closest size and leave a note at checkout, or contact us for a quote.

Q: ARE VINYL STICKERS REMOVABLE OR PERMANENT?

A: Our stickers have a permanent adhesive, staying strong on most surfaces for years. However, they can be removed without leaving a sticky residue.

Design Tips

FILE SETUP

Our team will do all the work to set up your file. However, you are welcome to create your own cutlines for us to use if you feel proficient with Adobe Illustrator.

To do this:

1. Create a layer with your design called "Artwork."

2. Create a second layer and call it "Cut Line." You can then use paths to create the cutline how you would like it. If you want it to follow your design, vectorize then offset the design and convert that path to a stroke.

SAFETY MARGIN

For designs with a border, you maintain a margin of at least 0.05" between the cutline and the design.

We also print and cut stickers with a full bleed. Meaning the design will go to the edge of the stickers. For this, we bring the cut line inside your art by approximately 0.03". When setting up your own design, bring the cutline in by 0.03" as well.

MINIMUM CUT SIZE

For die-cut stickers, our smallest size is 0.75x0.75". If you need something smaller please contact us. For kiss-cut stickers, we can do 0.5x0.5".

FINE DETAIL

The finest detail we recommend is 0.5pt line-weight.

COLOR

Artwork can be supplied in CMYK or RGB; We typically recommend RGB. It has a broader color gamut and gives a more accurate print for our setup. We use ten ink colors to hit over 98% of Pantone colors.

RESOLUTION

We recommend that you submit your images in 300ppi at full size. Our team will automatically enhance low-resolution images. Super low-resolution images may still come out grainy even after improving. We will contact you if we think there could be an issue.

FILE FORMAT

You can submit any file format you like. If you set the file up yourself, you can save it and upload it as a PDF. 

WHITE PRINT

By default, we leave white areas of designs transparent. Meaning we don't lay down ink in those areas. Instead, your chosen vinyl material will show through there.

Our printers can print white ink. If you need white ink printed on your stickers, please reach out for a custom quote.

TRANSPARENT STICKER

We typically add a layer of white ink under the colored inks for clear stickers. This enhances the opacity, making the colors brighter.

Note that transparent stickers aren't as bright as white vinyl stickers, even with a layer of white ink. This is due to the translucent nature of the ink. As a result, transparent stickers may look lighter than on your screen.
